Description: Counseling & the Search for Meaning is provided in short, easy-to-comprehend chapters covering most situations a counselor will encounter when helping a person search for the meaning in life. The course includes a textbook and workbook. In Counseling & the Search for meaning, students will benefit from Welter’s thoughtful examples, theory mixed with practical direction, and biblical conclusions.

The primary goal of this course is to help students offer meaningful insight and wisdom to help clients move forward in their own search for meaning.

Note: This course leads to Advanced Certification in Child & Adolescent Therapy if the student completes this course along with the following courses:

  • Counseling Children
  • Counseling Youth
  • Counseling Families

The course materials will be shipped to the student’s address on file or you can request digital files.

Please note: The students completing advance courses must receive a grade of 80% or better for course credit to be applied toward an academic degree. Any grade transferred for an advanced course receiving a grade less than 80% will not qualify to be applied to the N.C.C.A. degree transfer program.
